Grand Haven family builds impressive igloo

GRAND HAVEN, Mich - Earlier this month, while most of us were taking shelter and warming our toes by the fire, one Grand Haven family took to the snow to build an igloo in their backyard.

Jeff Andrini, along with his daughter Isabel and son Joey, spent 9 days constructing the igloo using frozen bricks created by filling 18 gallon Rubbermaid buckets with snow and water. When finished, it measured more than 8 feet tall and 11 feet around.

"Our first and probably our last igloo, but what fun!" said Jeff.
