The City of Grand Haven Planning Commission has scheduled a Public Hearing to gather citizen input on the following requests:

Case 11-29: An amendment to the City of Grand Haven Master Plan. The proposed amendment would include the Robbins Road Access Management and Design Guideline Plan and designate a Principal Shopping District.

Case 11-30: A request to vacate the public alley bounded by Franklin, Pennoyer, Ferry and Albee.

Case 11-31: A request to vacate the public alley bounded by Pennoyer, Slayton, Griffin and Hopkins.

The Public Hearings are scheduled for Tuesday, September 13, 2011 at 7:30 pm in the City of Grand Haven Council Chambers, 519 Washington Avenue, Grand Haven, MI 49417. If you have any questions regarding this notice, please contact the Planning Department at 616-847-3490.

Individuals may express their opinions in person at the public hearing, or written comments may be addressed to Kristin Keery, City Planner, Grand Haven Planning Commission, 20 N Fifth Street, Grand Haven, MI 49417. Faxed comments may be sent to (616) 844-2051. To be considered at the public hearing, written and faxed comments must be received by 12:00PM, Thursday, September 8, 2011.
