My Town Grand Haven: Director of Amazing Circles Workshops to speak at LDL April 2

GRAND HAVEN, Mich.– Loutit District Library will present Dave Kampfschulte, director of Amazing Circles Workshops, national speaker, facilitator, and author of "I’m Dying to Talk with You: Twenty Five Years of Conversations on End of Life Decisions" on Thursday, April 2.

In this presentation titled "I’m Dying to Talk to You," Kampfschulte will draw upon 27 years of experiences as a hospice volunteer to discuss advanced care planning, initiating end of life conversations with others, and helping people to think about and discuss death in a positive way.

Kampfschulte will also explore some of the roadblocks we often put in the way of discussing death. While a difficult subject, this session will be interactive, informative and delivered with energy, empathy and humor.

Kampfschulte’s program is free to the public from 7 p.m. to 8:30 p.m. in LDL’s Program Room A. For more information on LDL programs, visit www.loutitilibbrary.org or call 616-842-5560, ext. 200.
