"On November 14th 2008, two days after our daughters premature birth, I was told that I had to have an emergency hysterectomy and can no longer have children. It has been 2 years since Ashlynn's death and we want nothing more than to be parents again. We have chosen to adopt and are currently doing home studies through Bethany Christian Services. The total cost of our adoption is $14,000. In a few weeks we will have to pay $2,600 and then when placement occurs (which could be anytime) we will have to pay $10,800", said April Hamm.
