GRAND HAVEN, Mich. – The public is invited to join Al Eicher from Program Source International on Thursday, Oct. 2 at the Loutit District Library (LDL) for a sixty-minute lecture and visual presentation of the story of Amelia Earhart’s adventures in Michigan.

Years of research indicates she was here more than 25 times promoting the aviation industry and opportunities for women in this field. The program begins with the early years, includes her family life and education, first flying experiences, the world records, and her eight years of adventures in Michigan.
