GRAND HAVEN, Mich. - - February is Library Lovers’ Month, so the staff of the Loutit District Library wish to honor their own library lovers: The Friends of LDL, who volunteer to support the work of the library.

The public is invited to a Valentine’s tea party on Thursday, Feb. 13  to help celebrate the Friends' hard work, and learn more about the opportunities which exist to become a Friend. This event is part of  the library’s yearlong centennial celebration.

This event runs from 7 p.m. to 8:30 p.m. in LDL’s upper level lobby. Light refreshments will be served. Registration is not required. For more information, visit http://www.loutitlibrary.org/ or call (616) 842-5560, ext. 214.
