GRAND HAVEN, Mich. (WZZM) -- A state appeals court is upholding the conviction of a man for a double murder during a Grand Raven robbery.

Dmitri Anderson was convicted for the July 2008 hold-up and killings at R.K. Jewelers.

Anderson appealed the 2009 conviction, saying there was not enough evidence linking him to the crime and that his lawyers did not properly defend him.

The state appeals court rejected his argument.
